A prorated charge of $20.00 per hr. will be applied to work order deliveries after 10 min. wait grace period.
OVER TIME: O.T. is 1.5 times the corresponding work order regular rate ($25.00 min.).

Sat/sun. & Holidays M-F 4 p.m. - 8 a.m. out of county: M-F 2 p.m. - 8 a.m.
CANCELLED ORDER: 50 % of work order rate if courier has already been dispatched.
WRONG ADDRESS: $10.00 CHARGE
$10.00 additional surcharge incurred to go to military bases, schools & colleges, airports, marinas & major malls.
NOTE: No pets or HazMat orders accepted at any time. Or any other item or substance normally prohibited or void by law. We respectfully reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
ADDITIONAL SURCHARGES APPLICABLE:
An additional surcharge of one-half the corresponding work-order regular rate will be applied to the following requests:
Return-trips - to the original pickup location for same order the same day. Next-day - return trip next day for same work-order 2nd-party - p/u from location other than your own & return to you. 3rd-party - p/u from location other than your own & delivery to location other than your own. 2nd pickup - from same location after courier has already left with 1st. p/u.
* within 40 miles originating san diego metro
** within 20 miles originating san diego metro. Please allow variance due to rush hour commutes & traffic accident snarls while en-route.
***normal prices within each rate’s availability hours apply; otherwise after business hours and weekend additional surcharges apply. Fuel surcharge may apply also. (all quotes subject to limitations, conditions and change without notice)
Limits of Liability: San Diego Courier Messenger shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay, which is a result of an act of God, public enemy, authority of law, strikes, weather, act of any third person, or the inherent nature of shipment itself. Courier assumes liability for loss or damage to each shipment for up to max total of $75.00 USD, not including cost of transportation, at no additional charge. Courier does not guarantee delivery by a stipulated date or time, nor shall courier be liable for the consequences of failure to make a timely delivery
