Limits of Liability: San Diego Courier Messenger shall not be liable for any loss, damage or delay, which is a result of an act of God, public enemy, authority of law, strikes, weather, act of any third person, or the inherent nature of shipment itself. Courier assumes liability for loss or damage to each shipment for up to max total of $75.00 USD, not including cost of transportation, at no additional charge. Courier does not guarantee delivery by a stipulated date or time, nor shall courier be liable for the consequences of failure to make a timely delivery.
